Contents of a report
Inside the report you will see a list of sections in the left panel. You can easily view each section by either scrolling down to it or accessing it from the panel on the left. You will see the following sections in the report: Cover sheet, cover letter, Assessment criteria description, Progress summary, Subject reports, Homeroom adviser comments, and Attendance. Let’s explore each one of these sections in detail.
💡Please note that the sections you see in each report depend on the report configurations decided by the school admin.
Cover sheet
The ‘Cover sheet’ serves as the introductory page of your progress report. It includes key details about you, the school, and the report.
Cover letter
The ‘Cover letter’ provides a formal introduction to your progress report. It contains a message from the school along with signatures from the relevant authorities, offering context and official recognition for the report.
Assessment criteria description
The ‘Assessment criteria description’ section explains the abbreviations used for the ratings on assessment criteria (also known as custom evaluation criteria) throughout the report. It is designed to help you understand how your performance has been evaluated. You can refer to this page to interpret the meaning of any ratings used in the report.
Progress summary
The ‘Progress summary’ page provides a consolidated view of your performance across all subjects. For each subject, you can view how your performance has been evaluated through metrics such as overall scores, grades, ratings on evaluation criteria, and teacher comments. The specific evaluation details shown in the report may vary based on how the school has set up its reporting and assessment methods.
Depending on your school’s report setup, this page may also include homeroom adviser comments and attendance data.
Subject reports
In the ‘Subject reports’ section, you can view your performance across different subjects. Each subject report may include the subject teacher's name, subject description, the covered units, your scores and grades, ratings on assessment criteria, teacher comments, and feedback on learning goals.
💡Please note the specific elements shown in the report may vary based on how the school has set up its progress reports.
Homeroom adviser comments
The ‘Homeroom adviser comments’ section offers reflections from your homeroom teacher. These comments provide an overview of your development and engagement throughout the reporting period. Here you may also see the homeroom teacher’s name if configured by the school.
Depending on the school’s report template, you may see this section appear on the ‘Progress summary’ page or as a separate page in the report.
Attendance
The ‘Attendance’ section presents your attendance data for the given reporting period. The information displayed here is based on your school’s attendance settings. The overall attendance percentage, as well as any details like absences or excused absences, are shared for your reference.

You can download a PDF version of the report by clicking the download icon in the top-right corner while viewing it. Alternatively, you can also download the report by going back to the ‘Progress report’ page and selecting the download icon next to the ‘View report’ option.
