Toddle works on all major device types!

Toddle app for families, students and educators is available on both iOS and Android devices. You can also access Toddle on the web using a computer or Chromebook on all major browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.

Tip: For the best experience, use the Toddle Mobile app. Toddle creative tools are not supported on mobile browsers.

How to access Toddle

You can download the Toddle App from the App Store (iOS users) or the Play Store (Android users) on your mobile device or iPad using the links below:

If you are using a computer or Chromebook, head to web.toddleapp.com to access Toddle.

File and media upload limits

As a user on Toddle, you can upload files and media content on different screens. Moreover, you can also capture/record video and audio directly on the platform.

Depending on the media type, the following are the current file upload restrictions on Toddle web and app:

For Toddle web

  • Upload limit of 200 MB for files

  • Upload limit of 500 MB for videos

  • Recording limit for video

    • 10 minutes

  • Recording limit for audio

    • 5 minutes

For Toddle app

  • Upload limit

    • 1 GB for videos on iOS

    • 500 MB for videos on Android

    • 250 MB for files

    • Video duration of a maximum of 10 minutes

  • Recording limit for video

    • 10 minutes on both Android and iOS

  • Recording limit for audio

    • 5 minutes on both Android and iOS

    • 10 mins for Worksheet audio question type

  • Video resolution allowed for recording

    • iOS: 720p

    • Android : 420p

Note: For Toddle workbooks, you can upload images (up to 200 MB) and videos (up to 500 MB) only; other file types aren't allowed. Recording is limited to 5 minutes for audio and video across both the web and app interfaces.

Supported video formats

As a Toddle user, you have the flexibility to upload videos in multiple formats across different modules.

Supported video formats for both web and mobile applications are listed below:

Web

Mobile

  • .mp4

  • .mov

It's important to note that the video formats supported for the Workbook are slightly different. Below is the list for both web and mobile applications:
