Navigating to Progress summary

As a family member, you can access your child’s performance across subjects and grading periods through the progress summary view, located under their profile. Please note that this summary can only be viewed on the web, provided the setting is enabled by the school administrator. There are two ways to access your child’s ongoing academic progress:

The Progress summary page provides an overview of your child’s performance across subjects and grading periods within a class. Let’s explore the different sections on the left pane.

Grading period overview: This table presents your child’s final score and local grade for each subject in a selected grading period. The current grading period is shown by default but you can view performance on others by switching to the relevant tabs.

💡 The final scores column is visible only if the overall score calculation for grading periods is activated by the administrator. Additionally, this section can be viewed by family members only if permission has been set for it in the admin portal.

All assessments: This view gives a breakdown of your child’s performance across all or specific subjects in a class. Select the preferred subject and grading period to review the teacher evaluations for each assessment and the grade summary. Please note that the evaluations for each assessment and the aggregated scores must be shared by teachers for them to appear here. Furthermore, you can easily search for specific assessments and apply filters based on assessment tools, and categories, as shown below.

💡While the individual assessment evaluations are accessible to you by default, the aggregated scores and local grade calculation under grade summary can be viewed only if permission has been set for it in the admin portal.

Approaches to learning: This table provides an overview of your child’s ratings on ATL skills and sub-skills for each subject, as evaluated by their teachers. You can filter out specific subjects and view the ratings accordingly. In case multiple evaluation criteria have been set by the school, you can view the ratings in individual columns, as shown below.

To view how your child has progressed in a specific ATL skill, simply click on it. A pop-up window will appear with a graph showing all the ratings given for that skill, be it through the progress reports, class tasks, observations in the gradebook, or portfolio. You can switch tabs to see the ratings for different evaluation criteria, in case multiple ones have been tagged.

You can view your child’s performance on the other learning goals in a similar manner.
