Final grades: This table presents your child’s final score, final IB grade, and local grade for each subject in a selected grading period. The current grading period is shown by default but you can view performance on others by switching to the relevant tabs.

💡 The final scores column is visible only if the overall score calculation for grading periods is activated by the school. Additionally, the total and average score and grade will be displayed only if the setting for it is enabled by the administrator. These are calculated (e.g., rounded or truncated, and the number of decimal values) depending on the configured settings. This overall section can be viewed by family members only if the setting for it has been enabled by the school administrator.

Assessments: This view gives a breakdown of your child’s performance in each subject. Select the preferred subject and grading period to review the teacher evaluations for each assessment and the aggregated scores under ‘Grade summary’. Please note that the evaluations for each assessment and the aggregated scores will show here only once the teacher has shared them with you. Furthermore, you can easily search for specific assessments and apply filters based on assessment tools, types, and categories, as shown below.

💡While the individual assessment evaluations are accessible to you by default, the aggregated scores under the grade summary can be viewed only if the setting for it has been enabled by the school administrator.

You can review their progress across all terms or select a specific one.

Approaches to learning: This table provides an overview of your child’s ratings on ATL skills and sub-skills for each subject, as evaluated by their teachers. You can filter out specific subjects and view the ratings accordingly. In case multiple evaluation criteria have been set by the school, you can view the ratings in individual columns, as shown below.

To view how your child has progressed in a specific ATL skill, simply click on it. A pop-up window will appear with a graph showing all the ratings given for that skill, be it through the progress reports, class tasks, observations in the Gradebook, or portfolio. You can switch tabs to see the ratings for different evaluation criteria, in case multiple ones have been tagged.

You can view your child’s performance on subject standards, assessment objectives and LPAs in a similar manner.
