On the landing page, you will be able to view separate pages for the cover sheet, cover letter, IB learner profile, and assessment criteria description. Depending on how the report has been configured by the school, the information you see in the report may vary. Let's take a closer look at each report type:

Detailed progress report

In a detailed progress report, you will get an individual section for each subject, providing insights into your child’s performance. To access their scores and ratings for each subject, simply navigate to the 'Subject reports' section in the left pane. From here, you can easily switch between subjects.

Here, you will find a category-wise breakdown of scores, the final score, final grade, local grade, and any other assessment tool used for evaluation. For example, in the image below, your child is rated on MYP assessment criteria. You can see the ratings given by the teacher for each assessment criterion along with a personalised comment.

Furthermore, you can view the teacher's name, subject description, and the units covered. And, if the school has assessed your child on learning goals, you can also see the ratings given by teachers and their relevant comments on each learning goal and for the subject.

Under the ‘Interdisciplinary learning’ section, you can explore your child's performance in the interdisciplinary unit taught during the reporting period. Here, you'll find insights into covered subjects, achievement levels across interdisciplinary assessment criteria and accompanying comments, ratings on learning goals, and an overall teacher comment.

You also have the option to view your child’s progress individually for each MYP project element (Personal project, Community project, and Service as action). You can easily switch between them from the left pane.

Finally, on the 'Homeroom adviser comments' page, you can view the comments provided by the homeroom adviser of your child. Additionally, you can access your child’s overall or subject-wise attendance on the 'Attendance' page. Please note that these sections may be combined as part of the Progress summary page, depending on the configuration set by the school administrator.
