With these updates, you'll find it easier than ever to create interactive, engaging lessons with greater efficiency. Let’s take a closer look at these exciting new features:

Adding text to shapes
With this new feature, you can now add text directly into any shape with ease. As soon as you insert a shape onto the workbook, a cursor and ‘Add text’ prompt will appear automatically on the selected shape, allowing you to type without the need for extra steps.
This update applies to all shape types except lines and arrows.. This small yet impactful change saves time and allows for more intuitive, streamlined design in your lessons.
Increased pages in workbook
Having enough space to capture all your lesson materials and ideas is essential. To support this, workbook capacity has been increased, allowing up to 20 pages per workbook. Whether you're designing comprehensive lessons or organizing multi-step projects, this expanded capacity ensures that your creativity and planning are never constrained. To add a page, simply click on the ‘+’ icon highlighted below.
Copy and paste slides across workbooks
Eliminate the need for creating repetitive tasks with the new ‘Copy-Paste slides’ feature, which enables seamless transfer of slides across workbooks on the same browser. This functionality is particularly valuable when adapting or reusing content across multiple classes or lessons. To utilize this feature, simply click on the three-dot menu next to the thumbnail of the page in the left-hand panel.
You will now be able to copy the slides you need and paste them into a new workbook, saving you time and effort while ensuring consistency across your teaching materials.
