When your teacher assigns a worksheet task, you'll be alerted via a notification under the bell icon on your homepage. Clicking the bell icon takes you straight to the assignment page. You can also find your assigned worksheet in the 'To-do' list on your homepage or within the 'Class stream' section of your class.
On the assignment page, you'll find detailed information about your worksheet task, including the maximum score, question count, instructions, and any tagged assessment tools and learning goals.
The page's footer displays the due date, reminding you of the submission deadline, and the allocated time duration for the worksheet, if specified. To begin working on the worksheet, simply click the ‘Start Worksheet’ button.
A pop-up window will appear to inform you of the specific settings enabled for this assignment, as shown below.
Click on ‘Start’ on the above screen to continue. Upon entering the worksheet, the timer begins for assignments with a time limit. Here, you will find all the questions your teacher has created, along with their respective maximum marks. If there are any additional assessment tools linked to a particular question, you can view them by clicking on the icon next to the question score.
You have the flexibility to answer the questions in any order you prefer – whether it's text response, multiple choice, fill in the blanks, or true or false. For text response questions, you may also have the option to upload attachments, if your teacher has enabled it.
As you complete each question, a green tick mark will appear on the right side. You can also keep track of the number of questions you have attempted in the right pane.
Additionally, if the lock screen setting is active, switching tabs will prompt you to explain the reason for doing so, after which you can resume your work. Your teacher will see a log of all instances when you have navigated away from the worksheet window.
Furthermore, If your teacher has enabled the on-screen scientific calculator, you can use it for questions, as needed.
After completing all questions, you can submit your work by clicking the ‘Submit’ button. If you wish to take a break or double-check your answers, the ‘Save and exit’ option allows you to save your progress and come back later, although this feature is not available for timed assignments. For timed assignments, you're still able to pause and resume within the allocated time.
💡It's important to note that once you submit, the submission becomes final and cannot be reversed.

After you submit your worksheet, your teacher will get a notification. You'll be notified too when your teacher has finished evaluating your work and shared it with you. Simply click on the notification to access and review your teacher's assessment.
On this page, you'll see the total marks you've received and the evaluation of any additional assessment tools used in the worksheet.
For a detailed view of the marks for each question and any comments from your teacher, select the ‘View evaluated worksheet’ button. Here, if your teacher has provided the correct answers, you'll also find those.
If your teacher requests a resubmission, you'll be notified and given the option to revisit the worksheet. In the messaging window, you can read your teacher's feedback or the reasons for needing a resubmission. When you click ‘Resume worksheet,’ your previously submitted answers will be there, enabling you to easily make changes and resubmit your improved work.
