One of the ways to access the family account on Toddle is by using the class invite link sent by your child's class teacher. If you have more than one child studying in the school in different classes, you will get an individual class invite link for each one of them.

To access your account using the class invite link on the app, follow the steps described below:

Step 1: Open the class invite link on your device. You will be directed to the account creation page where you can provide your first name, last name, and email address. Enter the OTP sent to your email address and click Continue. After successful verification, you will be redirected to a page as shown below to select your child from from the list.To learn more about signing up as a first-time user on Toddle, refer to this article.

Note: If you already have a family account, you can directly sign in and select your child from the list.

💡If you do not have the Toddle family app installed, you will be directed to the app store to download and install it. Once done, click on the class invite link again to proceed.

Step 2: A pop-up notification will appear on your screen indicating that a request for approval has been sent to the school administrator/teacher. You can click on the ‘Done’ button and wait for the teacher’s approval.

Step 3: You will be notified by e-mail once the teacher/administrator approves your request. Use the link shared through email or refresh the Toddle homepage to access your child’s classes.

Step 4: You will be notified by e-mail once the teacher/admin approves your request to use Toddle. Use the link shared through email or refresh the homepage to access your child’s classes.

Q. I already have a family account. Do I need to create a new one to use the class invite link?

No, if you already have a family account on Toddle, simply sign in using your existing credentials after opening the class invite link, then select your child from the list to proceed.

Q. I clicked the class invite link, but it says the link is invalid or has expired. What should I do?

Ask your child's teacher or school administrator to send you a new class invite link.

Q. Can two family members access the same child's account?

Yes. Each family member should use their own class invite link (or request access separately). Their access will be managed by the school.
