One of the ways to access the family account on Toddle is by using the class invite link sent by your child's class teacher. If you have more than one child studying in the school in different classes, you will get an individual class invite link for each one of them.

To access your account using the class invite link, follow the steps described below:

Step 1: Open the class invite link on your mobile browser. Next, sign up/sign in to your Toddle account and proceed to select your child from the list.

💡If you do not have the Toddle family app installed, you will be directed to the app store to download and install it. Once done, click on the class invite link again to proceed.

💡If you do not have a family account on Toddle yet, after clicking on the class invite link, you will be directed to the Toddle account creation page where you can provide your name, email and set a password for your account. You will be prompted to key in the OTP sent on email id provided by you. After successful verification, you will be redirected to a page as shown below to select your child from the list.

💡If you already have a family account, you can directly sign in and select your child from the list as indicated below.

Step 2: A pop-up notification will appear on your screen indicating that a request for approval has been sent to the school administrator/teacher. You can click on the ‘Done’ button and wait for the teacher’s approval.

Step 3: You will be notified by an e-mail once the teacher/administrator approves your request. Use the link shared through email or refresh the homepage. Next, click on ‘Done’ to access your child’s classes.

Step 1: Open the class invite link on your desktop/laptop browser. Next, set up your Toddle account and click on ‘Continue’.

💡If you already have a family account, you can directly sign in and select your child from the list as indicated in step 2.

Step 2: Verify your email address and proceed to select your child from the list. Next, click on ‘Confirm selection’.

Step 3: A pop-up notification will appear on your screen indicating that a request for approval has been sent to the administrator/educator. You can click on the ‘Done’ button and wait for the teacher’s approval.

Step 4: You will be notified by an e-mail once the teacher/admin approves your request to use Toddle family. Use the link shared through email or refresh the homepage. Next, click on ‘Done’ to access your child’s classes.
