How can family members delete their Toddle account?
Updated over 8 months ago

If you have a family member account on Toddle and have decided to delete your account, we are here to guide you through the process.

Note: If you have a student or a teacher account through your school, contact your school administrator to delete your account.

Before you proceed:

  • Deleting your Toddle App account is irreversible. All your data, including messages, files, and account information, will be permanently removed.

  • Make sure to download any important data or files from your account before initiating the deletion process.

Steps to Delete Your Account:

  1. Open the Toddle App on your device

  2. Tap your profile icon (top right).

  3. Tap Profile > Delete your account

  4. If you're certain about deleting your Toddle App account, tap ‘YES’

Additional Information:

  • Upon confirmation, your request to delete your Toddle App account will be initiated. Please note that the deletion process may take up to 90 days to complete. Even after this period, copies of your information may persist in our backup storage systems, which are utilized for disaster recovery, software errors, or other data loss incidents. During this period and afterward, your information will not be accessible to you on the Toddle App platform.

  • After deleting your account, some log data may still remain in our databases; however, any identifying information will be removed from this data. We regularly cleanse this log data by wiping specific identifying details. Additionally, your account ID will be replaced with an anonymous identifier that cannot be traced back to your account once it's deleted.

  • Also, we may retain your information for purposes such as addressing legal matters, enforcing terms of service violations, or safeguarding against potential harm.
