The Toddle calendar on the web provides an intuitive way for family members to stay informed about upcoming school events. This article provides an overview of using the Toddle calendar to track and manage your child’s academic schedule.

Navigating to Calendar

Start by navigating to the ‘Calendar’ card on the family member’s homepage.

Here, you can view all school events and tasks specific to your child’s classes, neatly organized by week. Class tasks are displayed in specific time slots, while school-wide events appear at the top and are not tied to any particular time slot.

The left panel displays tags for assignments, as well as school-wide, which they can toggle on or off based on what they wish to view. Please note that family members cannot create, modify or delete these tags. The ‘Class’ filter at the top lets you view assignments tagged to specific classes. You will only see the classes your child is enrolled in, and you can select the specific ones whose tasks you wish to see.

Project tags for IBMYP, IBDP, and IBCP

In addition to the general tags available in the calendar, certain tags are exclusive to the Middle Years Programme (MYP), Diploma Programme (DP), and Career-related Programme (CP).

For MYP, tags for Personal and Community projects help you manage and monitor your child’s respective deadlines.
