Toddle helps you stay connected and actively engage in your child’s learning journey at school. If you're a first-time user of Toddle, follow the steps outlined in this article to sign in and get started.

Download the Toddle Family App from the Appstore (iOS users) or the Play Store (Android users) on your mobile device or iPad:
Once you open the Toddle Family App, you will land on the sign in page where you can choose to sign in using Google, Microsoft or any other email/phone number.
💡If you do not have a family account on Toddle yet, after clicking on the email invite, you will be directed to the Toddle account creation page where you can provide your first name, last name and email. You will be prompted to key in the OTP sent on the email id provided by you. To learn more about signing up as a first-time user on Toddle, refer to this article.

The school may have registered your email ID or phone number with Toddle as part of the rostering process. This could be linked to Google, Microsoft, or another email/phone. You can check with your school administrator to confirm and use the registered credentials to sign in to Toddle.
Depending on the sign-in option you choose, you will see one of the following screens. Enter your Toddle-registered login credentials to proceed.
After successful verification, you will be prompted to scan the QR code or key in the family invite code, to add your child to your Toddle dashboard. You can find this information in the family invite copy received from the school.
💡Once you have added your child, this prompt will not show the next time you sign in and you will be directed straight to your Toddle dashboard.
Once signed in, you will be directed to your Toddle homepage where you can celebrate your child’s learning moments, communicate with teachers, receive announcements and updates from the school and much more.
