We’re excited to introduce a simpler, more unified way for family members to stay connected with their child’s learning journey! Families can now view all of their child’s portfolio posts in one place - directly from the Toddle home page on both web and mobile. Additionally, a handy date filter makes it easy to revisit key milestones or recent highlights. Let’s dive into the details!

Previously, accessing portfolio posts required multiple steps. On the mobile app, family members had to visit each class individually to view their child’s posts. On the web, they had to go into the student profile and then navigate to the portfolio tab. With the new Portfolio card on the home page, available on both web and app, they can now access all portfolio posts across classes in one consolidated view - significantly reducing clicks and simplifying the experience.

To access portfolio posts, family members can simply click on the new Portfolio card on the home page.

The portfolio opens in a grid-based layout, with posts displayed as card-style blocks for a quick visual overview. All of the child’s classes appear on the left panel, making it easy to switch between them.

Family members can use the date filter to view posts from a specific time period within the current academic year. To see posts from previous years, they can switch the academic year directly from the home page.

If they are viewing portfolio posts for a specific class, they’ll see an additional ‘Folder’ filter next to the date filter.

💡The folder filter won’t appear in the consolidated ‘All classes’ view.

Additionally, family members can download the portfolio posts from the previous and current academic years directly from here using the three-dot menu at the top-right corner.

To access portfolio posts on the family app, family members can tap the new Portfolio card on the home page.

On the landing page, they’ll see a consolidated feed of all their child’s portfolio posts.

To narrow the view, they can use the filter icon at the top-right corner.

When a specific class is selected, the Folders tab shows the folders associated with that class, allowing family members to filter posts by folder.

💡 The folder filter won’t appear in the consolidated ‘All classes’ view.

Next to it, the Date tab can be used to view posts from a specific time period within the current academic year. To access posts from previous years, they can switch the academic year directly from the home page.
