How to download portfolio posts as a student?

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Toddle provides students with the option to download their class portfolio posts, allowing them to keep a copy of all their portfolio posts showcasing their progress and learning throughout their class engagement. The downloaded portfolio posts are organised in a zip file, grouped by months. This ensures that students can easily access and review their portfolio posts locally on their devices. On top, you will find a three-dot menu that includes the option to download the portfolio. Only portfolio posts where you are tagged will be included in the download. You can also go to the ‘Portfolio’ tab to access all your portfolio posts.

💡Please note that the portfolio download option will be available only if your profile is linked to an email address and the corresponding setting is enabled by the school administrator.

In the zip file, your portfolio media files are organized first by class and then further sorted into month-wise folders within each class. Additionally, an ‘index.html’ file is included, which opens in your web browser to display a consolidated view of the student’s portfolio.

This view organizes posts by class, with filters to sort by date or search specific posts, as shown below. You can scroll through the posts or click on individual media files to view them in detail.'

💡 The posts you will see in the downloaded portfolio will only include those where you are individually tagged; group posts are excluded to maintain privacy.
