Introducing a new feature that allows teachers to send bulk reminders to students and their family members about submission deadlines.

To do this, navigate to your preferred task from the Assignments (formerly Class stream), and click on the ‘clock’ icon at the top.

A pop-up window will appear with a pre-selected reminder based on the state of the task. Accordingly, the dropdown menu will show any of the following options: Approaching due date, Submission is pending, or Submission is overdue.

In the example below, the task has a due date and no submissions from any of the students.

Next, you can add or remove the students you wish to send the reminder to and modify the specific message. Once satisfied, click ‘Send reminder’ to send a message and email notification to the selected student and their family members.
