Sample email notifications
Below are examples of two emails that you can expect to receive on your registered email ID. It will include a button allowing you to directly navigate to the corresponding page on Toddle, as highlighted below.
Configuring email notifications settings
To configure your preferences for email notifications, click on the gear icon from your notification panel.
You can enable or disable email notifications from this page for specific events within each module. On the web, modules with a hyphen next to them indicate that email notifications are not available for those. Additionally, for class-related events, you can select the specific classes you want to be notified about.
Note that your administrator can choose to disable notifications for specific triggers. In such cases, you will not receive notifications for those triggers and will see an indication, such as an alert icon on the web or a greyed-out option on the app, as shown in the screenshots below. This setting cannot be overridden by you. If the admins have enabled notifications for a particular trigger, only then you can choose to enable or disable them according to your preference.
That's all for now. We will continue to innovate and improve to make your Toddle experience better each day!
