The Toddle calendar offers an organized experience for students, making it easy to manage assignments, deadlines, and school events. This article provides an overview of using the Toddle calendar app for your daily academic tasks.

Begin by navigating to the ‘Calendar’ module from your homepage.

Here, you can view all school events and class tasks in a scrollable format, neatly organized by day. For students in MYP, DP, or CP curricula, tasks related to projects such as the Personal project, Community project, TOK, Extended essay, IAs, EAs, and Reflective project will also appear in the calendar.

To navigate to activities from a past or future date, they can click the ‘arrow’ icon select a preferred date, and swipe left or right to view different months.​

By selecting a specific task/event, you can access detailed information about it. For example, in the image below, a learning experience is selected, displaying the task’s due date, the teacher who assigned it, and the list of students it is assigned to. Additionally, there is an option to view the task in more detail by clicking on the ‘View task’ button.

Viewing options

  • Daily View: Events and tasks are arranged hour by hour, providing a detailed schedule for a specific day. This scrollable view allows you to navigate through the entire day’s activities, ensuring that all deadlines and events are visible at a glance

  • Agenda View: Events and tasks are presented in a continuous, stacked list for the selected day. This view allows users to quickly grasp the entirety of their schedule in a consolidated manner.

  • Date icon: Return to the current day’s activities

  • Filter icon: Filter the view by specific classes if the student is enrolled in multiple ones
