The left panel displays tags for assignments, as well as school-wide and class-wide events, which you can toggle on or off based on what you wish to view. Please note that you will not be able to create, modify, or delete these tags as a student. The ‘Class’ filter at the top lets you view assignments tagged to specific classes. You will only see the classes you are enrolled in, and you can select the specific ones whose tasks you wish to see.

Project tags for IBMYP, IBDP, and IBCP

In addition to the general tags available in the calendar, certain tags are exclusive to the Middle Years Programme (MYP), Diploma Programme (DP), and Career-related Programme (CP).

For MYP, tags for Personal and Community projects help you manage and monitor your respective deadlines.

Once synced, events from Toddle will automatically appear in the selected external calendar, updating approximately every 24 hours. Note that this synchronization only works one way; events from other calendars do not sync back to the Toddle calendar. Furthermore, only events within the current academic year will be synchronized.

You can choose what you want to sync with the external calendar. There are various export options available:

  • All events in one calendar: Syncs all event types—assignments, holidays, school events—into a single calendar in the chosen external app. This provides a comprehensive view of all Toddle-related activities in one place.

  • Class assignments: Syncs only the class assignments to a dedicated calendar. This is ideal for focusing specifically on assignment deadlines and related tasks.

  • School events and holidays: Syncs only the school-wide events to a separate calendar. This is ideal for keeping track of important dates like holidays, school trips, or other significant school events.

  • MYP, DP and CP projects deadlines: If you are a student of IB MYP, DP or CP curriculum, you can also sync specific tasks related to projects such as PP/CP, DP EE and TOK, and CP reflective project.

By selecting the appropriate export option and clicking ‘Subscribe/Copy’ link, you can customize how Toddle calendar events are integrated into your external calendars, ensuring that you have access to the specific information you need.
