How to download portfolio posts as a PYP/MYP student?

Toddle provides students with the option to download their class portfolio posts, allowing them to review and keep a copy of all their portfolio posts showcasing their progress and learning throughout their class engagement. When downloading portfolio posts, they are conveniently organised into a zip file, grouped by months. This ensures that students can easily access and review their portfolio posts locally on their devices. Read this article to learn more!

Toddle allows you to easily access and download your complete portfolio by navigating to your profile and selecting the 'Portfolio' tab. On the top, you will find a three-dot menu that includes the option to download the portfolio. Only portfolio posts where you are tagged will be included in the download.

💡Please note that the portfolio download option will be available only if your profile is linked to an email address and the corresponding setting is enabled by the school administrator.

After selecting the portfolio download option, an email containing the complete portfolio will be sent to your registered email address. Specify the desired academic years for the posts you want to include in the download, and click the 'Request download' button to proceed.

Once you select the download option, you will receive an email with a zip file attachment. Click on the 'Download' button in the email to save the file to your computer.

Locate the folder where the file is stored and open it to find an index.html file. Double-click the index.html file to open it in your default web browser. The portfolio viewer organizes the content into monthly folders, allowing easy navigation. You can scroll through posts and view individual media files. Additionally, attachments from portfolio posts are available in the same folder, organized by month.
