Updated over a week ago

The class portfolio is an effective way to document your learning journey and personal development over the two years of DP. Moreover, the posts added under the class portfolio can be viewed by your family members, offering them a glimpse into your academic progress. As a student, you can effortlessly upload your task submissions as portfolio posts right from your Toddle classroom.

This article will cover:

  1. Navigating to the class submissions

  2. Adding submissions to the class portfolio

  3. Managing your portfolio posts

  4. Viewing portfolio posts of peers

Navigating to the class submissions

The class stream is where you submit your class assignments and add them to the portfolio. To navigate to the class stream, choose a class and click on ‘Class Stream’ from the left-hand collapsible menu. On the landing page, you will have a quick view of all the tasks assigned to you, divided into two separate tabs:

To do: This tab displays all the tasks that are currently due for submission and/or have not been marked as ‘complete’ by your teacher.

Done: This tab reflects all those tasks that have been marked as ‘complete’ by your teacher.

Adding submissions to the class portfolio

You can add your submitted responses to the class portfolio in two ways:

Option 1: Post a single submission

This option allows you to share any single attachment as a post. To do so, click on the ‘Add response to portfolio’ icon placed next to the added attachment.

💡This icon will be enabled only once the submission is marked as done by you.

On the landing page, the attachment you chose will be automatically added to the post. Here, you can take the following actions:

  • Add or edit the description for the post

  • Add more attachments using the Device/Google Drive/One Drive/Link

  • Create new tag(s) or add pre-existing tag(s) to the post

  • Save the post as a draft

  • Publish the post

💡 The description added here will be auto-populated with the remarks added by you while submitting your work but you can always edit it.
