Overall TOK evaluation
The ‘Overall TOK evaluation’ section displays each student’s total TOK score and grade. These are calculated based on the weightage assigned to the two TOK components (essay and exhibition) and the grade boundaries you set. The total score is out of 30, with grades ranging from A to E, according to IB guidelines.
While scores are auto-calculated and cannot be edited, you can override TOK grades using the pencil icon. Manually overridden grades will be highlighted in yellow.
To view or edit the weightage assigned to the TOK essay and exhibition, as well as the defined grade boundaries, click the gear icon located at the top right.
In the ‘Assessment categories’ tab, you can assign weightage to each component and set grade boundaries individually.
Additionally, in the ‘Grade boundaries’ tab, you can configure the overall grade boundaries to determine the TOK grade, ranging from A to E.
To declutter the dashboard view, you can use the category filter at the top to sort students by their registration category.
