Navigating to the gradebook
To access the gradebook, navigate to the admin portal and click on the ‘Gradebook’ card within the curriculum of your choice.
💡 The Gradebook card is available individually for each curriculum.
After selecting your preferred year group, you will land on the ‘Class view’ tab which displays a list of classes within the selected year group. The ‘Student view’, on the other hand, will show a list of all students in the selected year group. We will discuss these views in detail in the next section.
💡 For the MYP and DP curricula, the classes under ‘Class view’ are grouped based on subject groups.
Class view
The 'Class view' tab provides a list of all classes within a year group and the number of students enrolled. Click on a class to access its gradebook, allowing you to effectively review class performance.
Within a specific class gradebook, you can review its students’ ratings on assessments and learning goals.
The ‘Assessments’ tab displays all tasks created in the class for the selected grading period. For each task, you can see the different assessment tools used and the grades awarded. You can even view score aggregations for each assessment category and at the subject level.
Additionally, you will find separate tabs for each learning goal. For instance, the 'Subject standards' tab provides insights into student performance against each subject standard. You can click on any of these ratings to view the evaluation history to track students’ progress over time.
You can export student ratings to a spreadsheet using the download icon highlighted in the above screen. Click the icon and select the grading period for which you want to download data. Next, choose whether to export data from the assessment gradebook, the learning gradebook, or both. Within these gradebooks, you can further specify which data views you wish to include. Additionally, for the learning goal gradebook, you can choose to download either the most recent ratings for learning goals or the complete history.

Student view
The 'Student view' tab lists all students of the selected grade level. To view students of a specific class within the grade, use the ‘Classes’ filter at the top.
In the ‘Student view’ tab for the DP curriculum, you can also view the IB grade subject totals (SL+HL) for each student across grading periods.
Clicking on a student’s name in the ‘Student view’ tab will take you to detailed insights into their performance, as shown below. Here, you can view their scores across all enrolled subjects and their progress in learning goals. Additionally, use the grading period tabs at the top to review their performance for each specific grading period.
Downloading the gradebook
Within the admin gradebook, you have an option to download students’ performance data in a spreadsheet format. You will receive an email with a link to the compiled data. The link will be valid for 7 days. There are two formats in which gradebook can be downloaded:
