As a DP student, you can use Toddle to review and confirm your IBIS registration details, including personal information and subject details. Additionally, you can access your IB examination details on Toddle.

To view your IBIS registration details, click on ‘My Profile’ under your name on the homepage.

Under your profile, click on the ‘IBIS Registration’ tab as shown below. Here, you will see the information that is to be uploaded onto IBIS by your coordinator. First, you can review your candidate information. If enabled by your coordinator, you will also be able to edit it.

In case the edit permissions are not granted, you will not see the edit icon and can only review what has been entered by your coordinator. Once the information has been reviewed by you, you can click on the ‘Mark as approved’ button.

Scroll down to see the ‘Subjects’ section where you will see information about your subject choices. If enabled by your coordinator, you will be able to edit this at your end. In case the edit permissions are not granted, you will not see the edit icon and can only review what has been entered by your coordinator. Once these details have been reviewed, click on ‘Mark as approved’.

Your coordinator may send you reminders to approve your information. You will receive a notification about the same. Once your coordinator has locked your candidate and subject details, you will not be able to edit or approve it.

Once your coordinator has uploaded your candidate and subject information onto IBIS, the IBIS portal generates your examination details including a personal code and PIN. If enabled by your coordinator, you will be able to view these examination details on your profile.
