We are excited to share updates made to the Assignments landing page and review page to streamline your workflow of daily activities. With new categories for organizing class tasks and advanced filters, staying on top of your daily tasks is going to be a breeze. Dive into this article to explore all about these new changes.

Previously, tasks on the Assignments landing page were organized under the 'Scheduled', 'Ongoing', and 'Completed' tabs. Now, we've introduced a new set of categories for a more intuitive search based on the action needed. These categories are accessible via the left pane:

To-review: All tasks that you have assigned to students will show under this category. By default, these are sorted based on the assigned date but you can use the sort option at the top to view them based on the due date. Using the 3-dots menu against a task, you can choose to move it under the ‘Reviewed’ tab. Additionally, whenever you mark the task as completed or evaluated, you will have the option to move it to the ‘Reviewed’ tab.

Reviewed: These are the tasks that are already reviewed by you. You have an option to move a task in the ‘Reviewed’ category when you mark it as complete or evaluated. Furthermore, you can manually mark an assigned task as 'Reviewed' anytime you want. Use the three-dot menu against any task to move it back to the 'To-review' category if further action is required. In this section, you can sort tasks based on the reviewed date or due date.

Scheduled: Here, you will be able to view all class tasks that are scheduled but not yet assigned to the students. You can sort them based on the scheduled date or the due date.

Draft: Within this category, you can easily access your draft tasks. Sort them based on the creation date or due date.

Unread messages: If student(s) have posted message(s) against a task, those tasks will start appearing under the ‘Unread messages’ category. This category helps you stay informed of any new communications from your students. You can even sort the tasks based on the message date or the due date.

All Posts: Within this category, you will find a consolidated list of all your class tasks. Easily sort them based on the creation date or due date.

Additionally, we have relocated tags to the bottom part of the page, allowing for a more focused approach to task management.

The 'Class Stream Review' card on your homepage is now called 'Assignments manager' and has a revamped look. It now features the same intuitive categories as the Assignments landing page enabling seamless organization of tasks. Additionally, we've introduced a 'Classes' filter to help you view tasks based on specific classes.
