Launching today
Admin portal v1.5.0
A brand-new navigation experience: The Admin portal has been redesigned for faster, more intuitive access to school and programme-level settings. The earlier card-based layout has been replaced with a new sidebar and dropdown navigation, making it easier to move between school-wide and programme-specific areas. A new search bar at the top lets you instantly find settings, modules, and configurations across the school.
Assignments v3.10.0
Replay student writing with Google document playback: You can now replay a student’s entire Google Doc writing process, from start to finish. The playback shows edits, paste actions, and time spent actively working, giving you a clearer picture of student effort and process. With controls to adjust speed, jump through edits, and resize the window, grading becomes more transparent and insightful.
Calendar v2.4.0
View Toddle events in your personal calendar: Families can now sync their Toddle calendar directly with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or any other calendar app to view school events, holidays, and class assignments. Choose what to sync - such as assignments or school-wide activities - and stay up to date at all times.
Gradebook v2.10.0
View and manage grades with ease: The new compact gradebook features a streamlined layout that helps you view more students and assignments at once. Each assignment column now displays key details, such as assessment type, due date, grading category, and evaluation status, in a compact header cell, and you can customise visible details through display settings for a cleaner, faster grading experience.
Integrations v1.3.0
Integrate custom LTI apps seamlessly: As a school administrator, you can now integrate any external learning tool that supports LTI 1.1 or 1.3 directly in Toddle. Configure launch types, privacy levels, and grade passback options to tailor how the tool works inside Toddle. Once set up, teachers can access these tools directly within their classes.
Integrate with Kognity effortlessly: You can now connect Kognity with Toddle through our pre-configured LTI catalog! School admins can set up the integration directly from the Admin portal, select Kognity from the catalog, and complete the setup using the credentials in Edlink. Once the setup is complete on Edlink, the integration will be ready to use!
Unit planning v2.10.0
Download and import units with greater flexibility: You can now download complete unit plans, including Unit Flow and Evidencing sections, as shareable PDFs. Choose between a quick version or a detailed custom download with specific tabs and sections. What’s more! When importing units from your School library, you can decide whether to include teacher and student reflections, giving you more control over what carries forward into your new unit.

Attendance v4.1.0
Add or edit enrolment and withdrawal dates directly from the student roster.
Students who join late or withdraw mid-year are included in attendance reporting only for their active days, ensuring accurate marking percentages.
Timetables automatically display classes only during each student’s active period.
Gradebook v2.11.0
Manage assignments and track progress more efficiently in the Gradebook!
Assignment popover: Click any assignment name to open a quick-access panel where you can view details, send reminders, edit submission windows, or evaluation status.
Colored cell highlights: Use color codes to instantly spot late, overdue, or pending submissions. These visual cues make it easier to identify where attention is needed.
Assignments v3.11.0
Assign tasks faster across classes: Assigning tasks to multiple classes just got simpler! The assignment setup now appears in a compact grid view, letting you update open dates, due dates, visibility options, and tags for all selected classes in one place. You can also copy and paste or drag and drop to quickly replicate settings, making task setup faster and reducing the number of clicks.
